About the Role: As the Audit Support Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Audit Department by ensuring accurate, timely preparation of client deliverables and maintaining critical administrative processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. What You'll Do:

- Prepare, process, and finalize client correspondence and financial documents, including letters, financial statements, and planning/wrap documents; this is a primary responsibility of the role.
- Perform independent file inspections and manage file lockdown procedures across all EFPR offices.
- Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of standardized templates.
- Coordinate and track Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for all professional staff.
- Support Partnership with data collection and maintenance for AICPA peer reviews and malpractice insurance requirements.
- Maintain and update the Audit Department staffing schedule.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
- High School diploma required; Associate's preferred.
- At least 2 years of administrative or related experience preferred, ideally in a professional services or accounting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat/PDF Software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
