Diamond Legal is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on family law matters in Lake County, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and orders of protection. We are not looking for someone who wants to practice alone. We are looking for an attorney who wants to be part of a collaborative, systems-driven firm with experienced support staff, established processes, and a strong reputation in the community. At Diamond Legal, our attorneys focus on practicing law while our team supports them with marketing, intake, billing, collections, and administrative systems. We handle the marketing. We handle the intake process. We handle billing and collections. You focus on serving clients, advocating effectively, and helping families through challenging transitions. After the first 90 days, attorneys who are meeting performance expectations may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. We believe in accountability, flexibility, and rewarding results. Responsibilities Handle family law matters with emphasis on divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and orders of protection in Lake County.
