Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technicianto join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational integrity of a large, historic building. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Oxford, OH Pay Range: $30-34/hour Shift: Thursday-Sunday 10am to 8pm What's the Job? Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. Record readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment. Use appropriate tools to troubleshoot simple electrical circuits and HVAC systems. Perform repairs and general maintenance tasks on building components and operational equipment. What's Needed? At least 3 years of hands-on construction and maintenance experience. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general handyman skills. Ability to operate basic computer programs and systems, including CMMS. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
