Customer Service Representative – Hidden Valley Animal Hospital (Independence, MO) Hidden Valley Animal Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As we continue expanding back to a four-doctor practice, we’re seeking someone who is passionate about both people and pets and committed to creating exceptional client experiences. What You’ll Do Greeting clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone Checking patients in and out efficiently while providing compassionate customer service Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records using our veterinary software Assisting with client communication and payment processing Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Supporting urgent care check‑ins and assisting with Blue Springs Animal Control cases What We’re Looking For Energetic, dependable, and detail‑oriented Passionate about helping people and caring for pets Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure Experienced in customer service (veterinary or medical office experience is a plus) Benefits AAHA‑accredited for 24 years and committed to high‑quality veterinary care Partnerships with local rescues and shelters, including Blue Springs Animal Control, to give back to the community General Practice and Urgent Care services offering diverse patient interactions Culture built on teamwork, integrity, compassion, and growth Monthly lunch & learns and opportunities for continued education Supportive, fun‑loving team that values employees, clients, and patients We offer a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off (including sick time) for all eligible employees.
