Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The role involves patient charting, rooming patients, and handling some front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Chart patient information accurately and efficiently.

• Room patients and prepare them for examinations.

• Handle front desk duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.

• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Essential Skills

• Current CT RN License

• Proficiency in healthcare management and medical records

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

• Experience with Epic systems

• Ability to triage effectively

• Strong team player

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a hospital setting is preferred

Work Environment

The position is based in a cardiology office with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm. The environment is professional and requires a focus on patient care and collaboration with a dedicated medical team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
