Job Description CNC Mill Machinist / Setup Operator Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Shift: Day Shift 7:00 am - 4:30 pm 9/80 Work Schedule - Enjoy every other Friday off while still working 80 hours in a two-week pay period. We're looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist / Setup Operator who takes pride in producing quality parts and enjoys working in a professional manufacturing environment. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate Haas, Toyoda, and Doosan CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Gather and install cutting tools, fixtures, and materials required for production. Machine first article parts and verify conformance to print before submitting them for inspection. Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Change worn or broken tooling and adjust tool offsets as needed to maintain part quality. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic machining or production issues. Work with the department supervisor to resolve machining, tooling, and production-related concerns. Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards in our ISO 9001-certified facility. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of CNC milling experience (operator experience required; setup experience preferred). Experience with Haas, Toyoda, or Doosan CNC mills is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow work instructions. Working knowledge of GD&T and a solid understanding of CNC machining principles. Experience making tool offsets and performing basic machine adjustments. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
