QA Coordinator – Temporary Position Location: Telford, PA Salary: $27/hour Overview Join a dynamic Quality Assurance team as a QA Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance. In this temporary on-site role, you will support key quality activities, coordinate shipping and trade compliance processes, and help manage customer warranty complaints—all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related manufacturing environment Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and collaborate across departments Knowledge of quality documentation, records, and reports Nice to Have Skills Experience with ERP systems, quality management systems, or other business software Familiarity with Trade Compliance, shipping documentation, warranty claims, or customer complaints Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting Preferred Education and Experience Associates degree or technical certification in a related field; comparable experience acceptable 2+ years of proven experience in a medical device or regulated manufacturing setting Knowledge of US FDA’s Quality System and Medical Device Reporting (MDR) regulations (strongly preferred) Other Requirements Must be a US Person under export law (e.g., born in the US, US territory, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual status) Johnson Service Group, Inc.
