Senior Commercial Property Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager.Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a premier commercial office property
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and vendors
• Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and building projects
• Manage tenant requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Support invoice processing, accounts payable, budgeting activities, and property reporting
• Maintain property records and operational documentation
• Work closely with engineering, maintenance, janitorial, and vendor teams
• Conduct property inspections and ensure operational standards are maintained
• Assist with tenant engagement initiatives and special projects
• Support ownership objectives through exceptional customer service and communication

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Experience managing Class A office properties strongly preferred
• Strong tenant relations and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with commercial property management software platforms preferred
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
