Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven agent frameworks and LLM-based solutions. The role involves creating serverless, multi-agent architectures on AWS, implementing advanced reasoning workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop agentic AI products using Bedrock AgentCore (Memory, Gateway, Runtime, Identity, Interpreter, Observability) Implement and operate A2A/MCP servers and integrate with Bedrock Agents/Converse APIs Orchestrate multi-agent workflows with Strands Agents; deploy to AWS Lambda or EKS Instrument agents with metrics, traces, and audits via CloudWatch Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver scalable AI solutions Follow AI initiative roadmaps and ensure measurable organizational impact Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, LLMs, and agent frameworks Hands‑on with Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain Agents, or CrewAI Expertise in LLM fine‑tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering Proficiency in Python, AWS, modern AI/ML frameworks, and serverless architectures Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG workflows, and generative AI concepts Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills Familiarity with AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and AWS #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
