Physician Practice Supervisor I

Position Overview Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office, including maintaining provider, patient, and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Maintain provider, patient, and staffing schedules Coordinate and facilitate meetings Ensure staff compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures Monitor and evaluate monthly department expense reports Evaluate financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports Maintain CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate Employment Details Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Patient Experience Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $25.12 - $35.87 per hour, depending on experience Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant medical office experience and one (1) year in a supervisory role OR Associate or Bachelor's Degree United Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr 03 UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital
