Job Description
Location: Woodbury, Long Island (In-Office)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Office closes at 3:00 PM on Fridays)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the operational workflow of a growing financial services practice. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless client experience while supporting the advisory team's efficiency, responsiveness, and proactivity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously, and takes pride in keeping processes structured and moving forward. Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding processes, including data collection and documentation
- Oversee deal flow across wealth management, life insurance, tax planning, and other advisory solutions
- Prepare and track life insurance applications to ensure timely processing
- Coordinate investment account opening, paperwork, and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings, confirm appointments, and maintain calendar organization
- Support social media efforts and digital engagement initiatives
- Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Proactive mindset with a team-oriented approach
