Mental Health Support Specialist- LTR

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking full‑time and part‑time Mental Health Support Specialists to provide care and support to clients in our Long‑Term Residential Programs. Job Details Schedule: Full‑Time/Part‑Time (Mornings, Evenings, Weekends) Locations: Twin Cities, MN and multiple metro area locations Hourly Rate: $20.50 Shift Differential: $1 per hour for work between 3:00 pm–11:00 pm and 11:00 pm–7:00 am Hiring Bonus: $1,000 for external candidates Main Job Duties Must have physical presence onsite. Document interactions with clients in the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and, if applicable, in the program‑specific documentation/record‑keeping system. Interact and exhibit behavior consistent with customer service and professional standards set by the organization, division, and program. Responsible for medication administration in accordance with organization and program policies and procedures. Actively engage clients with person‑centered principles, participating in daily activities and developing appropriate relationships that support client goals. Provide crisis intervention and de‑escalation for clients experiencing mental health symptoms or emotional responses, prioritizing client and program safety. Teach and/or coach Independent Living Skills, as related to the individual’s goals and treatment plans. Full‑time staff are part of an on‑call rotation. Attend mandatory team meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
