CRNA Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,320–$6,660
• Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 26 weeks, through May 17, 2027
• Schedule: Typically 3–4 shifts per week, 36+ hours weekly
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts, with some 10-hour shifts available
• Shift Coverage: Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends, including at least one full weekend shift per month
• Night Coverage: Approximately three to six night shifts per month, scheduled according to departmental needs
• Care Model: Supervised CRNA practice model
• Commitment: Minimum of four weeks and three shifts per week; a reduced monthly commitment may be considered

CRNA Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent CRNA experience in a hospital setting
• Current obstetric anesthesia experience, including comfort managing high-risk obstetric cases
• Full-scope Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist practice experience
• Experience with pediatric and neurological head cases
• Ability to provide anesthesia care across obstetrics and the operating room
• Active Arizona CRNA license or eligibility to obtain one; credentialing may begin while an Arizona license is pending
• Board certification obtained or maintained within the last 5 years
• Verified residency completion and current board status
• Current CV with all employment gaps explained
• Eligibility to treat Medicare patients and enrollment in Medicare
• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
• Clean background, malpractice, and criminal history preferred for an efficient credentialing process
• Expected Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 6 weeks for Arizona-licensed providers, 2 months through IMLC, or 3 months for providers not currently licensed in Arizona

Locum Tenens CRNA Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for general, obstetric, pediatric, and neurological procedures
• Manage high-risk obstetric cases with sound clinical judgment and attention to patient safety
• Provide anesthesia services in both obstetrics and operating room settings
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, surgical teams, and other clinical professionals within a supervised practice model
• Adapt to changing departmental needs, including day, night, weekend, obstetric, and operating room coverage
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable professional, regulatory, and patient-safety standards
