Senior Sales Executive – Title Insurance

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | $250K+ Earning Potential

Turbo National Title is looking for a high-performing salesperson who knows how to build relationships, close business, and turn new accounts into long-term clients.

This is a serious opportunity for someone who is driven, polished, confident, and wants significant earning potential.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with mortgage professionals, real estate professionals, investors, and other referral partners.

Your focus will be simple: create relationships, win business, and grow a strong book of recurring clients.

Turbo National Title will provide lead-generation support and resources to help create opportunities , while you’ll also have the freedom to build and develop your own relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop new client relationships
Follow up consistently with prospects and opportunities
Conduct phone and video meetings with potential clients
Convert prospects into active accounts
Grow relationships into recurring monthly business
Maintain and manage your sales pipeline
Work closely with ownership and operations to deliver an excellent client experience

Who We Want

Has a proven ability to sell and close
Builds rapport quickly
Is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Is aggressive with follow-up without being pushy
Is organized and accountable
Doesn't need constant management
Is highly motivated by performance and income
Wants to build a substantial book of business

Experience in title, mortgage, real estate, financial services, insurance, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.

Title experience is not required for an exceptional salesperson.

Compensation

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $250,000+ annually , with additional upside as their book of business grows.
