Resource One Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Specialist to minimize loss and maximize recovery for delinquent and potentially delinquent accounts, while building relationships and delivering excellent member service. You will initiate collections, document actions, negotiate payment plans, and coordinate modifications.
