Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging in vital therapeutic relationships. While maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, there is some flexibility required based on client scheduling needs. This adaptability will enable you to cater effectively to a diverse patient population and ensure that each client receives the attention and care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine client needs, crafting individualized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances and challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure that all documentation supports the client’s treatment objectives.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and participate in case discussions.

• Engage in peer review meetings and clinical consultations regularly to refine treatment approaches and enhance service delivery quality.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment paths, and available community resources to foster an informed recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
