ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2004 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in B2B sales with Gateway Computers. As the company was winding down, an opportunity with State Farm came along and ultimately led me to build a new career in agency ownership. Outside of work, I'm a proud dad of two adult daughters and enjoy hiking, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family. Giving back is important to our agency, and we're especially involved with local youth sports organizations and enjoy supporting young people in our community. ROLE DESCRIPTION

Don Guzman - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
