Restore Hyper Wellness Greenville is looking for an outgoing, motivated team member who can turn a great conversation into a plan that keeps clients coming back.

You’ll welcome clients, learn about their wellness and recovery goals, and - with our training - help them understand which Restore services, memberships, and packages fit their needs. You’ll explain how consistent visits support their goals and help them take the next step.

Success means building relationships, making thoughtful recommendations, and confidently helping clients commit to a wellness routine.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships and drive sales

• Start conversations about clients’ goals, interests, and experiences.

• Learn our services and confidently explain their benefits using Restore’s training and guidelines.

• Recommend appropriate services and visit frequency within your training, referring medical questions to our licensed team.

• Present memberships, packages, and promotions that fit each client’s goals.

• Ask for the sale, respond to questions, and help clients choose their next step.

• Rebook appointments and encourage consistent visits.

• Follow up with interested leads and clients by phone and text.

• Work toward individual and studio sales and membership goals.

Create an excellent client experience

• Welcome clients, provide studio tours, and help first-time guests feel comfortable.

• Manage appointments, answer calls, complete client onboarding, and process purchases.

• Guide clients through non-medical services after completing training.

• Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for guests.

• Support daily operations, laundry, events, and community outreach.

• Use quieter periods to follow up with clients and help generate future bookings.

• Is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing several tasks.

• Is available to work weekends.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or fitness is helpful, but not required. Recent graduates and early-career candidates are welcome. We can teach you our services - we’re looking for confidence, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

A degree in exercise science, kinesiology, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
