Tax Manager (Wealth Management Firm)

The Tax Manager supports a high‑net‑worth client base by preparing, reviewing, and delivering individual, trust, and business tax returns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client service without the traditional public‑accounting pressures of billable hours, audit work, or business development. Key Responsibilities Tax return preparation — Prepare, review, and sign returns for individuals, trusts, and entities. Estimates & projections — Develop quarterly estimates and forward‑looking tax projections. Client communication — Provide clear, timely updates on all tax‑related matters. Tax research — Identify and communicate impacts of tax law changes. Issue resolution — Work with staff to respond to tax notices and review correspondence. Team mentorship — Guide and support junior tax team members.
