Paschall Truck Lines is now hiring CDL-A Solo and Team Drivers Solos Earn Up to 72 CPM - Teams Earn Up to 84 CPM Split! - Up to $4,000 Sign-On Bonus*\n

Top Pay & Benefits: \n

Solo drivers : Earn up to 72 CPM - start up to 69 CPM + 4 CPM safety/service bonus
Team drivers : Earn up to 84 CPM, split - start up to 81 CPM + 4 CPM safety/service bonus, split
$75 per layover
Pay Protection for OTR drivers: $ 1,000 weekly gross – must be available at least 7 consecutive days
100% no-touch freight
Earn up to $4,000 in progressive sign-on bonus*:
$750 after 30 days
$500 after 90 days
$750 after 180 days
$1,000 after 270 days
$1,000 after 365 days
Orientation Pay: $150 per day
Team drivers are eligible for the same bonus structure after upgrading to 1st seat status
Average length of haul: Long OTR, longer for teams

Route Details: \n

Our drivers typically only run routes east of the Mississippi, meaning you’ll be home every 1 -2 weeks, depending on the freight! At PTL, you'll receive a long OTR length of haul, longer for teams. This means more time on the road earning and less time waiting at the shippers.

To help keep your pay more consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run up to the payroll cutoff time. Our company drivers earn base rate increases based on tenure AND every 50,000 miles with no cap!

3 months of first-seat experience
