Welder

We are seeking an experienced, deadline-driven Welder to join our production team. While the day-to-day work will primarily focus on MIG welding, we need a well-rounded fabricator who can step up and execute all major welding processes when called upon.

You’ll be working directly from job orders in a structured production environment where accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines are critical.

salary: $52,000 - $58,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG welds as the primary day-to-day task, while remaining capable of executing other welding methods as needed.

• Read and work directly from job orders, blueprints, and production schedules.

• Perform basic shop math (measurements, angles, tolerances) required for precise fitting and fabrication.

• Consistently meet established production quotas and job deadlines without sacrificing quality or safety.

• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet structural and shop specifications.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
