Description We are seeking a licensed Financial Advisor who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their insurance needs, and providing clear, dependable guidance. This role focuses on prospecting, insurance sales, and client follow-up. You will build your own client base while receiving mentorship, marketing resources, and case-processing support. What to Expect
• Develop and maintain a robust client base through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies.

• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge base in financial advising. Qualifications • Experience in financial advising with a valid license to operate in California.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
• Proven track record of developing comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Familiarity with current financial products and industry trends to provide informed advice.
• Skill in utilizing marketing resources to enhance professional presence and expand networks.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with support teams to ensure efficient client onboarding and application processing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in training and mentorship programs.
- Multiple-provider access: The flexibility to compare available offerings and identify suitable options for each client.
- Full marketing support: Materials, resources, and guidance to strengthen your outreach and professional presence.
- Managed provider contracting: Falcon coordinates contracting and handles provider negotiations on your behalf.
- Business support: Onboarding, mentorship, product training, case design, application processing, CRM, and administrative assistance.
