What You’ll Do:

• Participate in all day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
• Drive parts and accessories sales while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Assist manager in maintaining inventory control
• Support the Service Department by ensuring timely availability of service parts
• Represent RPM Cycles and our brands with professionalism and pride

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Experience working
• Proven organizational, and team collaboration abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in inventory management are a plus
