What You'll Do

Operate cable fabrication and production equipment (training provided)

Process and form copper wire according to customer specifications

Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools, including micrometers

Package completed products and prepare orders for shipment

Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling activities

Support production, assembly, and quality control processes

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience using measurement tools such as micrometers preferred
• Forklift and material handling experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing facility focused on cable fabrication and production. Team members work with specialized machinery, measuring equipment, and production materials while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. The environment is team-oriented, supportive, and focused on continuous improvement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
