Property Management Coordinator

Property Management Coordinator Full Time – Flushing, NY, US Our office in Flushing, NY (The Shops at Skyview Shopping Center) needs a Property Management Coordinator to join the team. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with accounts payable to review and approve property and tenant related invoices. Prepare company service agreements and monitor contracted services. Prepare monthly property information reports. Assist with the preparation of financial reports. Assist property managers with operational tasks. Assist with tenant relations and leasing related matters. Provide administrative support to Construction and Tenant Coordination departments as needed. Carry out other administrative, clerical or operational duties as assigned by management. Qualifications 1-2 years of prior administrative or property management experience desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Ability to handle large volumes of clerical work. Ability to multitask. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of MRI and Nexus is a plus. The base salary compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. Employees may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary bonus program, subject to the program rules, wherein any award depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
