Concentra is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our patient care team in Michigan. You will handle patient registration, scheduling, and front-office operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient patient experience. Responsibilities include checking in/out patients, managing forms, handling calls, and coordinating with clinical staff while upholding HIPAA and safety guidelines.
