The Role We're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Client & Referral Services Liaison to serve as the communication bridge between our Client Services and Referral Services Departments. This newly created position plays a vital role in ensuring every family experiences a smooth, seamless transition from their first phone call through the successful referral of a caregiver. You'll communicate with prospective clients, existing clients, family members, caregivers, and our internal team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You’ll Do Coordinate the flow of information from the initial inquiry through caregiver referral. Monitor new client referrals to help ensure timely caregiver placement. Communicate with prospective and existing clients, family members, and caregivers. Follow up on outstanding items to help move the referral process forward. Maintain accurate documentation within our client management software. Collaborate closely with multiple departments to deliver an exceptional client experience. Hours Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
