Talent Corps is seeking reliable Laborers with Concrete Experience to join our team on a project in San Antonio, TX (San Antonio and surrounding area).

This is an excellent opportunity to work full-time with steady overtime while gaining valuable experience in large-scale concrete construction.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18–21/hr (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday 6:30 am -2:30 pm (OT as needed)

Job Duties:

• Assist concrete finishers and form carpenters on site
• Prepare and stage materials for pours
• Place, vibrate, and help with finishing concrete
• General site cleanup and debris removal
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Dig, lift, and move heavy objects as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior construction or concrete site experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn concrete skills
• Must own and provide required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety vest, work boots, and gloves
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Must complete safety/orientation training (provided)
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and badging process
• OSHA certification a plus, but not required
