Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – Winnie Palmer Hospital – Orlando, FL Responsibilities Provide advanced neonatal nursing care for approximately 1,900 babies annually in a 142‑bed NICU that includes Level II, III, and IV units. Collaborate with a team of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPs to deliver expert patient management, participate in complex cases such as EXIT procedures and Women’s ICU support, and assist RN/RT teams with delivery‑room coverage, transports, and PICC line management. Engage in professional development opportunities through POCUS, neonatal hemodynamics training, and academic collaborations at the neonatology fellowship site. Schedule Flexible 12‑hour day and night shifts designed to support work‑life balance.
