The Old Post Office Food Hall – 433 W. Van Buren St, Chicago, IL 60607 (11 am - 3 pm | Monday - Friday)
Pay: $17.00 – $18.50/hr guaranteed (based on experience)
If tips exceed your guaranteed wage, they get added to your paycheck.

The Role
As a Crew Member at Hot Chi’s downtown food hall locations, you’ll rotate between guest service, food prep, and kitchen support. With a small team, everyone plays an important part in keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Serve Guests: Take orders with energy, accuracy, and a smile
Cook & Prep: Fry chicken, prepare sides, and assemble plates to Hot Chi standards
Stay Organized: Keep stations stocked, clean, and food-safe
Teamwork: Support your crew wherever needed—FOH, BOH, or expo
Represent Hot Chi: Bring positivity, hustle, and hospitality to every shift

Prior food and customer service experience required.
