Position Details Working Title: Information Technology Administrative Services Analyst Classification: ANALYST I Salary: $3,861.00 - $4,839.00 A; $4,181.00 - $5,233.00 B; $5,014.00 - $6,276.00 C Number of Positions: 2 Work Location: Sacramento County Telework: Hybrid (up to two days remote) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Department: California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) Job Description and Duties Support the Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Business Officer by drafting communications, managing project plans, preparing executive presentations, and coordinating branch-wide events. Responsibilities Draft enterprise-wide communications on behalf of IT leadership. Manage project plans and executive calendars. Prepare executive presentations and reports. Coordinate branch-wide events and logistics. Special Requirements Applicants must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) not exceeding two pages, addressing the following prompts: Describe experience providing administrative support to an executive or senior leader. Describe experience drafting enterprise-wide or division-wide communications. Describe experience planning and executing enterprise-wide or large team events.
