Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description What you’ll do: Meet with prospective customers, provide information on mortgage loan rates and terms, and take their applications Pre‑qualify applicants in person, by telephone, or email/letters as appropriate Work with the team to assist underwriting approval Maintain contact with customers and follow through on mortgage applications in process; gather information necessary to ensure the customer’s success at getting the loan Ensure completeness of paperwork and documentation and reviews for compliance – ensure all requirements are met Keep informed of changes in bank policies and procedures and in state & federal regulations impacting residential mortgage business The Good Stuff: Represent the bank in the community to develop profitable new business and ensure customers are happy Build your own team of realtors, accountants, attorneys, and referrals to gain new business Attend realtor functions and conferences; learn & network Get to know clients to understand their needs & aspirations, providing full range of support to help them achieve dreams Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Uiba
