Responsibilities Retain, produce, and boost sales with our valued clients. Maximize the retention of current accounts, ensure top-notch customer service and quality. Resolve customer issues with creative problem solving. Provide landscape enhancement opportunities to customers and close additional sales. Oversee Crew Supervisors and Forepersons to ensure field operations run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Passion for the landscape and horticulture industry and experience as an Account Manager. Experience managing multiple landscape maintenance crews. Outstanding organizational, communication, time management, and leadership skills. Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
