The Rustman Agency is a rapidly growing brokerage focused on helping individuals and families protect their financial futures. We offer life insurance, mortgage protection, and final expense solutions with a personalized, client-first approach. We are looking for an Account Manager to support and maintain strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their coverage options, complete policy updates, and ensure their needs are met over time. If you enjoy relationship-building, problem-solving, and meaningful work, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
Manage a portfolio of clients and provide consistent, high-quality service
Respond to client inquiries and guide them through policy questions and updates
Perform periodic coverage reviews to ensure continued alignment with client goals
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims support
Track client interactions, service milestones, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Support sales and retention efforts by identifying upsell opportunities when appropriate
Remote work with flexible scheduling
Ongoing training and mentorship
Warm client relationships and support systems
Uncapped commissions and bonus potential

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships with care and professionalism
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment
Life and Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred
