Vianello Oro Corp. is a fine jewelry manufacturer in New York's Diamond District, known for mechanism jewelry: pieces that move, open, and reveal. We design and produce for wholesale partners across the U.S.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Associate to grow revenue with existing wholesale accounts and bring in new ones. You'll own a book of wholesale accounts day to day: selling the line, writing orders, following them through to delivery, coordinating production and operations, and keeping customers coming back. You'll report directly to the Sales Team Manager and Leadership and work closely with our sales team.

What You'll Do

Sell and grow accounts

• Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts and grow sales against monthly and annual targets.

• Prospect and open new accounts through outreach, referrals, trade shows, and showroom appointments.

• Present the line to buyers in person, by video, and at trade shows (JCK Las Vegas and others), with occasional travel.

• Work with customers and the Development Team to create new designs and styles for internal purposes and customers.

• Prepare quotes, line sheets, and proposals, and follow up until they close.

Manage orders

• Enter purchase orders accurately and confirm pricing, specs, and delivery dates with customers.

• Track orders from confirmation through shipment and keep customers updated on status and any delays.

• Track deposit and invoice payments with customers and the Accounting Team.

• Coordinate samples for buyer appointments and shows, and make sure they come back.

Take care of customers

• Be the first point of contact for your accounts on questions, returns, repairs, and issues.

• Follow up on open invoices and past-due balances with your accounts.

• Check in regularly on sell-through and reorder needs, and flag what's working and what isn't.

Keep the numbers clean

• Keep CRM records, pricing sheets, and account notes up to date.

• Report weekly on pipeline, orders, and account activity.

• Prepare sales materials and catalogs that make the line easy to buy.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in B2B or wholesale sales, account management, or a related role. Jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion wholesale is a strong plus.

• A track record of hitting sales targets, with numbers you can walk us through.

• Comfort picking up the phone, cold outreach, and asking for the order.

• Strong follow-through: you close loops without being chased.

• Ownership: you treat your accounts like your own business, act without waiting to be told, close loops without being chased, and own the outcome when something goes wrong.

• Structured problem solving: you can break down a messy situation, like a slipping account or a late order, figure out what's really going on, and decide what to do next.

• Personal impact: you earn trust quickly with buyers and colleagues, and you can persuade without being pushy.

• A team player who keeps others informed, takes feedback well, and helps teammates when it counts.

• Clear, professional writing and speaking, since much of the job is emails, quotes, and calls with buyers.

• Detail-oriented with orders, pricing, and inventory.

• Familiarity with fine jewelry (gold karats, stones, findings), or real eagerness to learn the product deeply.

• Able to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan and travel occasionally for trade shows and account visits.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with independent jewelers or retail buyers.

• Experience with a CRM and/or QuickBooks.
