Regional Operations Leader — Profit & Growth Oversight

Boss Shops seeks a Regional Operations Manager to supervise, staff, train, and oversee the successful operation of all locations within the Region. You will drive financial performance and manage the profit and loss statement to meet budgeted goals. This role leads hiring of General Managers, coordinates with recruiting, and ensures compliance with safety standards and company policy.
