Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Night CNA to join our nighttime team at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab. As a Night CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by our licensed nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs monitoring, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely and efficiently
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
