A technology staffing and consulting firm is looking for a Technical Onboarding Consultant for a Banking client. This remote role requires leading the technical onboarding process with minimal office visits. Ideal candidates should have over 7 years of experience in customer success within FinTech or Banking and at least 5 years in delivering technical onboarding. Strong project management skills and technical knowledge including API integrations are essential.
