Key Skills: 2 Years of experience in Dental Office Management with experience in marketing, New Patient Growth Simulation through sales and promotional programs Location: Arlington, VA Job Description Manage dental assistants, receptionists, and other staff Ensure the dental front desk is covered at all times with proper staff or self Assign various tasks and ensure all dental staff positions are covered for the duration of days and weeks More responsibilities as given by the Dentists Manages office within budget guidelines to include clerical and auxiliary supply purchases, equipment upgrades, labs and labor costs Increases and stimulates new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs Directly supervises office teams and proactively manages their performance and development including but not limited to performance feedback, appraisals, and corrective actions Completes administrative tasks, such as flash report review, bank deposits, revenue posting, staff payroll and bonus, accounts receivable reports and invoice processing correctly and within deadline Maintains patient data to include required regulatory chart documents, personal information, treatment consultation documentation, account history transactions and electronic QSI data Ensures flawless execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies, procedures, and government regulations 2+ Years of working in a dental office Ability to handle difficult customers and clients within the dental office or over the phone Knowledge and Experience working in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Collections / Billing role Management of colleagues in and out of the office setting / environment Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections Management of Peers, Colleagues and Clients #J-18808-Ljbffr TechnoidLLC
