Through our partnership with SIAA and our direct appointments with top-tier insurance carriers, we provide access to insurance solutions for both personal, specialty, and commercial coverage needs. Description Wendell Charles Insurance is a rapidly growing Property & Casualty agency in the Quad Cities seeking a licensed Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our in-office team. Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer service to existing policyholders Completing renewal calls to ensure client retention Quoting small personal lines policies Processing policy rewrites under set thresholds Resolving billing issues, pending cancellations, and home inspection items Issuing ID cards and policy documents Data entry and policy servicing in EZLynx and/or Salesforce Identifying upsell opportunities and assisting with appointment setting Requirements: Active Property & Casualty license required Personal lines insurance experience preferred EZLynx or Salesforce experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Profit-sharing bonus up to $5,000 annually Paid time off and holidays Supportive, team-oriented office Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding agency We expect this compensation to rise consistently each year Wendell Charles Insurance is part of the Wendell Charles family of companies.
