Registered Nurse Rehabilitation

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized rehabilitation care in a hospital setting. The nurse will deliver high-quality, patient-centered services to individuals recovering from significant medical events and conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with licensed protocols and facility policies.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation technologies and evidence-based practices to support patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, safety, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and facility regulations, including ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIHSS.

Qualifications:

• Valid state RN license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care and rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS required.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00) and adapt to floating assignments.
• Demonstrated competency in managing med-surg patients with diverse needs.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety and dignity.
