Put your expertise in literacy intervention and dyslexia support to work in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about empowering students and making a real difference. Two positions are available, supporting both an elementary and a high school campus. This role is based onsite and is available immediately, continuing through the end of the school year in late May 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active general teaching endorsement required
• Additionally, must hold ONE of the following:
  • Reading Endorsement
  • Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT)
  • Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner (LDP)
• Demonstrated experience in literacy coaching, intervention, or dyslexia therapy in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of best practices for reading instruction and dyslexia support
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted dyslexia and reading interventions, both group and one-on-one, to students across elementary and high school levels
• Assess students’ reading abilities and document progress toward IEP or 504-plan goals
• Collaborate with classroom educators to co-design instructional strategies and accommodations
• Support school-wide literacy initiatives and contribute to professional development for staff
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and communicate student progress to families and stakeholders
