Our client is expanding and needs a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth across law firms, insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and close new business through cold calling, email outreach, meetings, and networking.
- Build long-term client relationships in a consultative B2B sales environment.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
- Deliver structured sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Track and manage a full sales pipeline to consistently hit KPI's and targets.
- Stay current on legal industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2+ Years of B2B sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree.
Helpful but Not Required
- Experience selling into the legal industry
- Existing professional services or corporate client network.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earning (1 st year): $100,000 - $120,000+
- Commissions: Monthly, Uncapped
