This position oversees financial and operational performance, sets long-term business objectives, and ensures alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior leaders, making data-informed decisions, approving major initiatives, and driving process improvements and innovation. The Senior Managing Director collaborates with executive stakeholders, leads cross-functional projects, and represents the organization in high-level client, partner, and regulatory engagements. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in executive or senior leadership roles, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and financial performance.
• Strong background in capital markets, securities services, financial services, or related professional services environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams, including coaching senior leaders and managing change across complex organizations.
• Advanced skills in analytical decision-making, problem-solving, and interpreting financial and operational data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to boards or executive committees.
• Track record in managing key client relationships and driving growth through high-value, long-term partnerships.
• Experience overseeing risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.
