Dean Of Students At Fridley Middle School Welcome to Fridley Public Schools, an International Baccalaureate (IB) World Schools district. We are the only school district in Minnesota and one of few in the U.S. that offers the full IB Continuum to students in pre-K to grade 12. The essential purpose of the dean position is to assist students, their parents, the staff and community members in their involvement in the educational process. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications: Hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university that is accredited Minnesota Department of Education teaching license is required School Counselor or Administrative Licensure preferred Salary Range: BA, Step 1 at $51,599/yr to PhD, Step 17 at $111,313/yr, placement will vary depending on education and experience.
