We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Clinical Documentation Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , supporting providers with accurate chart preparation and documentation review.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare documentation for provider review
- Check notes for completeness
- Verify required fields are completed
- Support quality and documentation improvement initiatives
- Maintain secure and compliant information handling
