Specifics of the Role
- Office Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5pm but potential for extended hours for improved patient access
- Minimum Required Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Call Schedule: 1:8 for outpatient call
- All calls are triaged through the nurses
The Team
- The team consists of 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers.
- The team covers general family medicine cases including pediatrics adult and geriatrics chronic disease management and optional OB.
