As part of our team, you'll work on a wide range of residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects throughout the Redmond, Kirkland and Bellevue area. Competitive pay Consistent year-round work Paid Time Off and Holidays Performance bonuses Supportive, locally owned business backed by the trusted Ace Hardware brand What You'll Do Perform a wide variety of residential repairs and maintenance Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and flooring projects Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs Install fixtures, doors, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry items Troubleshoot repair issues and determine the best solutions Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project Maintain accurate job documentation and complete work efficiently while upholding high quality standards What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman Strong knowledge across multiple trades, including: Drywall Painting Tile Flooring Basic Plumbing Basic Electrical Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Own a standard set of professional tools (company vehicle may be provided) Ideal Candidate You're dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently while knowing you have the support of a strong local team behind you.
