Responsibilities include:Oversees admission, discharge, and transfer processes.Provides oversight of MDS assessments, care planning and RAI process. Oversees Infection Control processes.Ensures continuity in provision of nursing services to meet established standards of quality such as reviews incident reports, accident and injury reports and 24-hour reports from units daily to ensure timely, effective responses to changes and resident events.Oversees resident care and implementation of and compliance with resident-specific care plans.Conducts daily resident rounds, including regulatory compliance rounds, in all nursing units and assures follow-up on identified issues.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years professional nursing experience required.Experience in geriatrics, or long-term care preferred; management experience preferred.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii required.The Benefits:Retention Bonus $15,000!Incentive Compensation ProgramRelocation Assistance $7,500Paid Time Off (PTO)Tuition Reimbursement & Scholarship OpportunitiesMedical/Dental/Vision/401(k) matchExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesMission Driven Ohana & Dedicated Team CultureCompetitive pay and benefitsOhana Pacific Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
