Pay Range: $37.45 - $44.95 per hour, depending on prior experience, plus an additional $2.25 per hour for night shifts.

Full-Time Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with every other Sunday from 10 PM - 6 AM.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Maintenance of required Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

The primary role of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to apply the nursing process in planning and delivering direct care to assigned residents. Responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and direction within the assigned unit.
• Overseeing resident care functions.
• Managing charting, documentation, and assessment tasks.
• Participating in employee performance evaluations and staffing assessments, as well as making recommendations to supervisors regarding employee counseling.
• Engaging in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Preferred Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Required Education: Technical training or higher in Nursing.
• Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse certification is required; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
